3 1/2 cups chickpea flour
1 cup mountain spring water
6 tbsp date syrup
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp walnut oil
1 tsp sea salt
extra drizzle of date syrup for topping,s
1) Firstly pre-heat the oven to gas mark 4, 350 fahrenheit, to a bowl add all of the ingredients & mix, leave to sit for 10 mins to soak the flour in to the water ( optional )
2) Next pour the mixture in to a baking dish lined with baking paper, add a drizzle of date syrup along the top, down the middle of the bread mixture, put in to an oven and bake for 50 - 110 mins depending on your oven, or until the knife comes out clean clear
3) Once your bread is ready, display a few rose pedals on the top of the sticky sweet syrup
